This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates for various IT consultant roles. Key responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating client communication and account management, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting for IT consultants
• Strong skills in Hiring and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain vendor and client relationships
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
