This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring successful placements. The role involves sourcing suitable profiles, marketing candidates, building relationships with clients, maintaining client accounts, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet hiring goals efficiently.

• Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring processes and strategies
• Strong ability in Account Management and client relationship building
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
