This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, source candidates for various IT roles, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants. Responsibilities include sales recruitment, account management, communication with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful placements. The role demands a proactive approach to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and consultant deployment.

• Expertise in Sales Recruitment and ability to effectively manage the bench sales process
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong Account Management skills to build and maintain client and consultant relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities efficiently
• Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is preferred
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is beneficial
