Role: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Experience: 2-5+ Years

Work Timings: 8:00 PM 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

Job Description:

• Must be well versed with Corp2Corp & Contract2Hire positions
• Responsible for the full cycle of sales and recruitment.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients
• Updating of resumes into different Job portals
• Sharing a hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts
• Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/Prime vendors
• Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates
• Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the Submissions & interviews
• Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informed about the submissions and interviews
