Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US IT / Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various IT positions, be familiar with the US job market, and have a proven track record of successfully filling positions within a given timeframe.

Timings: 6:00pm to 3:00am Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience: 1+ Years

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US job market and hiring practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technologies.

Familiarity with HR and employment laws and regulations.

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
