Bench sales Recruiter

This is a full-time role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The role will also involve regular communication with clients and candidates, and maintaining relationships to ensure successful placements and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in sales recruitment.
• Looking for a leader who takes accountability and demonstrates strong professional etiquette.
• Must understand the critical importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
• Skilled in gathering requirements, managing accounts, and working closely with prime vendors and implementation partners.
• Basic understanding of data-driven decisions and tool ( PPT, excel and internal CRM tools )
• Sales focus should be primarily in Java, Python, and Data-related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in recruitment software and tools.
• Capable of working independently and remotely.
• Prior experience in IT staffing is a strong advantage.
• Seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for tackling challenging roles
