Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at Redhot Technologies Inc. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, account management and placing of the consultants. below are some of the roles & responsibilities:


  • Full-life Cycle IT Recruiting and Hiring skills for US based clients: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing and screening potential consultants from effective usage of Internal Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, documentation, etc leading to joining post placement.
  • Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
  • Responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements Required Skills.


Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing, Sales Recruitment and Account Management skills.
  • Good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, and needs target-oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge about technologies of the Client requirements and of the current IT trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (DICE, LinkedIn, Monster Worldwide, etc.).
  • Well versed about US employment/tax Terms like W2, C2C (Corp to Corp), 1099, and the visas.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prominent Screening Skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field would be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
