What Were Looking For:

Market and place IT consultants (bench candidates) with tier-1 vendors and direct clients.

Develop new vendor relationships and maintain existing ones.

Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and job requirements.

Submit qualified consultants to appropriate job requirements on job portals, social media, and through networking.

Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.

Prepare consultants for interviews and follow up after client interviews.

Maintain an internal database of consultants and track their status.

Ensure timely updates on consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and social media platforms (LinkedIn) for sourcing and marketing.
