Job Summary
SanQuest Inc. is seeking ahighly experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiterwith astrong and proven background in U.S. Bench Sales operationsto join our Hyderabad team.
The ideal candidate must havehands-on experience marketing bench consultants, managingvendor relationships, handlingC2C, W2 and full-time placements, and coordinating interviews across U.S. clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strong Bench Sales Experience:
- Minimum23 years of dedicated IT Bench Sales experiencein the U.S. staffing market.
- Actively market bench consultants tovendors, implementation partners, and end clients.
- Handledaily vendor calls, rate negotiations, follow-ups, and submissions.
- Consultant Marketing & Screening:
- Clearly explain job requirements to consultants and align them with suitable opportunities.
- Conductinitial technical screeningsto validate consultant readiness and skills.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage end-to-end interview processes.
- Technical Understanding:
- Strong conceptual knowledge of technologies such asJava, Data Engineering, and Data Scientist, IAM Sailpoint.
- Ability to understand client requirements and position consultants effectively.
- W2 / Full-Time Hiring Expertise:
- Proven experience working onW2 and full-time placements.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, onboarding, and placement requirements.
- Mentorship & Consultant Support:
- Guide and mentor consultants on resume marketing, interview preparation, and client expectations.
- Support consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle.
- Vendor & Client Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients through regular communication.
- Track submissions, interview feedback, and placement status accurately.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other sales and recruitment tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in aU.S. IT staffing/bench sales environment.
- Exposure toIT training or consultant grooming programsis a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in ahigh-pressure, target-driven environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
