Bench Sales Recruiter – Immediate Opening (On-Site Only)

We are looking to hire experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with 0-3 years of experience to join our team immediately. This position is strictly work-from-office, and only candidates who are comfortable with on-site work and face-to-face interviews should apply.

Important:

This role is not open to freshers or non-experienced candidates. Applicants must have prior hands-on experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, GC-EAD, OPT) to US clients and vendors
• Daily submissions, follow-ups, and rate negotiations
• Working on contract, C2C, and W2 requirements
• Coordinating with recruiters, account managers, and candidates
• Maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work from office only
