Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Account Management and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in IT staffing and recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
