Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 5-6 Years | Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, GC & USC consultants to clients and vendors.
• Share daily hotlists and coordinate interviews/submissions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor & client relationships.
• Negotiate rates and achieve successful consultant placements.
• Work on job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Requirements:

• 56 years of US IT staffing/bench sales experience.
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills.
• Flexible to work in US time zones.
