Job Description
Looking for experienced Bench Sales Executive / Lead with strong expertise in H1B Transfer process and US staffing sales.
Location will be Noida Sector 62 onsite
Experience: 3+ Years in US Staffing / Bench Sales
Shift Hours: 07:00pm to 04:00pm (IST)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Handle complete Bench Sales cycle for US IT consultants.
- Strong hands-on experience in H1B Transfer process, documentation, and coordination.
- Negotiate rates, close positions, and manage onboarding.
- Work under targets and pressure with a strong closure mindset.
