Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children with autism, implementing customized treatment plans based on ABA methodologies. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, assessing progress, addressing challenging behaviors, and improving communication, social, and play engagement skills. The therapist will also collaborate with families, training them in ABA techniques, and participate in team meetings to discuss and refine treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in psychology
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience in Working With Children
• Excellent communication and observational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with families
• Certification in ABA or related fields and experience in a similar role is highly desirable
