We are a dermatological beauty startup created by specialists in stem cell biology, aesthetic medicine and dermatology. We cater to consumer needs at the intersection of health and beauty. We are set to launch in April 2026.

Role Description

We are hiring for the role of Beauty Content & Community Manager in a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mumbai. This role will be part of the founding operating team and among the first 5 hires in the company. The individual will lead content strategy, brand storytelling, community building, and creator partnerships to support product launch and long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-channel content strategy for brand launch and scale
• Lead social-first storytelling across video, educational, and community formats
• Build and nurture brand communities from the ground up
• Manage influencer, creator, and campaign partnerships, including end-to-end execution
• Oversee content production, creative direction, and brand communication frameworks
• Establish measurement systems, reporting, and performance optimization for content initiatives

Candidate Profile MUST HAVE

• Atleast 2 years of experience in building content and community for startups in beauty/ health/ fashion/ lifestyle/ entertainment, in 0-1-10 stage
• Already located in Mumbai/ Thane/ Navi Mumbai

Candidate Profile (Skills)

• Strong understanding of video-first and social-native content ecosystems
• Experience in managing creators, campaigns, or digital brand storytelling in early-stage (0-1) environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

10-20 lac annual fixed salary with performance linked incentives and equity linked payouts
