BDR and Sales Data Operations Specialist Sales & Marketing Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India | Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

Sennovate is hiring a BDR and Sales Data Operations Specialist to support our Sales & Marketing team. You'll drive inside sales efforts, generate and qualify leads, manage data in HubSpot CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to grow our pipeline and hit business targets.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and enrich contact records and pipelines in HubSpot CRM
  • Execute outbound campaigns using digital marketing outreach tools
  • Build relationships with prospects and book discovery calls for the sales team
  • Support sales strategy by tracking outreach metrics and providing market feedback
  • Maintain data hygiene and segment prospect lists based on ICP criteria

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot CRM
  • Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working to targets
  • Interest in cybersecurity or IT services is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred equivalent experience welcome
