Role Overview

The coordinator Institutional Relations will be responsible for building and managing relationships with medical colleges across India. This role focuses on lead generation, institutional outreach, student onboarding, and long-term engagement with student bodies and college authorities to drive registrations and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Institutional Outreach

Generate leads from medical colleges across India through structured outreach

Identify and connect with student bodies, college ambassadors, and institutional authorities

Research and identify new medical institutions for collaboration and outreach

Build and maintain a strong institutional network

Lead Conversion & Student Onboarding

Convert institutional and student leads into active registrations

Onboard 1,0001,500 medical students per month

Coordinate demos, presentations, follow-ups, and closures with student representatives

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained student engagement


Institutional Connectivity & Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with college ambassadors, committees, and authorities

Strengthen long-term institutional relationships to ensure repeat engagement

Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and partner institutions


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of medical colleges contacted daily

Number of leads generated from institutions

Monthly student onboarding count (Target: 1,0001,500 students)

Lead-to-registration conversion ratio


Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in institutional sales, education outreach, or student engagement preferred

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across colleges

Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closure abilities

Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
