Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our franchise expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential micro franchise partners, driving franchise sales, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new micro franchise partners to expand the business network.
- Drive franchise sales and achieve assigned expansion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure business growth and success.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for new partners.
- Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to improve their business outcomes.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to franchise onboarding and operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
