We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Kharadi, Pune | Shift: US Shift | Work Mode: Onsite

In this role, youll play a key part in bridging prospects with our sales and marketing teams, helping uncover new leads and setting the stage for impactful conversations.

What Youll Do

• Proactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting and outreach.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities from incoming and existing leads.
• Demonstrate strong selling, communication, and influencing abilities to spark interest and build rapport with prospects.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or lead-generation role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
