Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BD Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Office and domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive business development initiatives and contribute to our companys growth. The resource must have experience in market research RFP / RFI ability to meet customers (if required).
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth in the Payer domain.Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Office tools to enhance business development processes and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the Payer domain.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize business development efforts.Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and methodologies.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint.Must have domain expertise in the Payer industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving business development targets.Should have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent certification preferred.
