Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BD Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Office and domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive business development initiatives and contribute to our companys growth. The resource must have experience in market research RFP / RFI ability to meet customers (if required).
Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets.Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the Payer domain.Provide strategic direction and insights to enhance market presence and competitive positioning.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and strategies.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed reports presentations and documentation.Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and practices.Support the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving individual and team goals.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint.Have extensive domain expertise in the Payer industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.Show a proven track record of success in business development roles with a focus on achieving growth targets.Display the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Have a proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
