Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated BD Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably experience in reporting governance. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to drive business development initiatives and support our companys growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of business development plans.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting governance standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate experience in reporting governance is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a proven track record of successful business development initiatives.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
