Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Business Analysis & Planning MS Excel and MS PowerPoint along with domain expertise in Data Models. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work primarily during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversee the analysis and planning of business strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide detailed business analysis using MS Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and present compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data models that support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure all business development activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize data models to forecast business performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development of business plans and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Business Analysis & Planning MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing data models.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of successful business development initiatives.
  • Be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and business strategies.
