Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BD Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in Business Operations Business Analysis & Planning and MS Excel. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development initiatives to drive growth and achieve company targets.
  • Oversee the analysis and planning of business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to support company objectives.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement best practices in business operations to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business performance metrics.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams with relevant business insights and data analysis.
  • Manage and optimize business processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Operations Business Analysis & Planning and MS Excel.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Display a strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
  • Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.
