Job Summary
The BD Lead role is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in Business Scorecard MS Powerpoint and Business Services to deliver impactful presentations and strategic insights. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the ISV and Hi-Tech sectors.
- Utilize Business Scorecard techniques to evaluate and enhance business performance metrics.
- Create compelling presentations using MS Powerpoint to effectively communicate business strategies and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business services with client needs and expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business communication and collaboration.
- Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Business Communication Manager to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Monitor industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates with 6 -9 Years of experience will be preferrable
- Possess strong analytical skills with experience in Business Scorecard and data analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Powerpoint for creating impactful presentations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with a focus on business services and client engagement.
- Have a solid understanding of the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
- Show experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
