Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented B.Com fresher to support execution and operational activities.

The role involves documentation handling, coordination with internal teams, and assisting in day-today operational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in execution of operational and compliance-related tasks

Maintain and update records, files, and documentation

Support preparation and verification of operational documents

Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of assignments

Handle data entry and maintain MIS reports

Track task status and follow up for closures

Ensure accuracy and adherence to company processes

Provide general administrative and operational support

Eligibility Criteria

B.Com Graduate (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills

Understanding of basic finance/compliance concepts

Organised and process-driven approach

Professional work attitude
