BBA & MBA Course Counsellor

Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management Foundation seeks a dynamic BBA & MBA Course Counsellor to guide commerce and management students toward enrollment in UG/PG business programs. This role drives conversions through personalized career guidance, leveraging RISM's international collaborations with UIC-USA and Babson College.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group counselling for BBA/MBA aspirants, covering curriculum highlights, global exposure, residential campus life, and placement outcomes.
• Evaluate student profiles (Class 12 marks, entrance scores like CAT/MAT/XAT, work experience) to match candidates with BBA specializations or MBA tracks.
• Manage enquiry follow-ups across phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems, nurturing leads from inquiry to application, offer letter, and fee payment.
• Conduct virtual/physical campus tours, parent seminars, and US collaboration sessions emphasizing industry and international linkages in Bengaluru's tech corridor.
• Assist with eligibility checks, scholarship guidance, and management quota processes in coordination with admissions operations.
• Track counselling metrics (conversion rates, objection handling), providing insights to marketing teams on student preferences and competitive landscape.
• Stay current on management entrance exams, business school rankings, and market demand for programs starting August 2026.

Required Qualifications

Education

• MBA or Bachelor's in Business/Commerce; additional certifications in counselling/sales advantageous.

Experience

• 2+ years in management education counselling; B-school admissions or coaching center background preferred.

Skills

• Superior communication (English + Hindi/Kannada); CRM tools; presentation expertise; knowledge of MBA entrance processes and career paths.
