Requirements :

Experience in programming and application design in relevant technology in a large

complex IT landscape.

Experience in the development and support of large-scale corporate applications,

compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) development processes.

In-depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform, at least 5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW 8.0/8.5/8.6 Versions

Strong understanding and experience in BPD/BAW Concepts - Decision Gateways,

System/Manual lanes, BPMN Notations, UCAs, Timers, Connectors, IBM BAW REST Calls,

Process/Service Design, Human services, UI Design concepts, Coach Views and other UI

components.

Experience with integrating IBM BAW with other systems, applications, and data sources to

create seamless end-to-end business processes. (i.e., REST/SOAP service calls. Etc.)

Experience in JS Technologies such as Angular, React JS and experience in database

concepts, SQL development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity,

impact and influence.

Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and

creative mind-set.

Expert level code analytical skills with a pro-active mindset to deep dive into application

module implementations

Expert level understanding of the system backend (Instance/Task relationship and DB

relationships, Event Manager, Queue Set-up, Toolkit and Snapshot Management)

Expert level understanding of complex variables, BAW system maintenance using IBM

provided tools, system APIs

Special Considerations:

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle policy & claims is a plus.
