The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Battery Mechanical Engineer to design and develop 2-wheeler EV battery packs in a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves end-to-end ownership of battery pack mechanical design, thermal management, structural integrity, and material selection, from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in testing, validation, root-cause analysis, and rapid design iterations

Collaborate with electrical, BMS, and thermal teams to resolve integration challenges

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

35 years of hands-on mechanical design experience (EV / battery / automotive preferred)

Strong understanding of battery pack mechanical design and thermal management

Experience with 2-wheeler EV packaging constraints is a strong plus

Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent)

Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes
