Battery Cell Development Engineer

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cell design engineers and cell suppliers to develop module level test plans.

• Contribute to create/upgrade MAN / TRATON cell testing standard and lead the discussion with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs).

• Prepare DOE (Design of Experiment) for cell testing and assemble the complete test setup for electrical tests on cell.

• Analyze the test data, prepare meaningful conclusions and present them to CFTs and management.

• Understand the details of test rig and give inputs to recreate real life abuse scenarios at test bench along with boundary conditions (for electrical, mechanical and thermal tests).

Additional Skills:

• Knowhow of Battery testing Standards

• Understanding of cell working principle, cell internal schematics, terminologies and cell performance parameters.

• Good Communication Skills required.

• Good to have Knowhow of data analysis tools

• Flexibility for International Travel.
