Batch category Associate

The Batch Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the batch processing in our Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a high level of understanding of batch processing, data management, and LMS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Batch Processing: Oversee the scheduling, processing, and management of batches in the LMS. Ensure that all batches are processed accurately and on time.

2. Data Management: Manage the data associated with batch processing. This includes ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting data issues, and making necessary corrections.

3. System Monitoring: Monitor the LMS to ensure it is functioning properly. Identify and resolve any issues that may affect batch processing.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as Category manager and Course Development, to ensure smooth operation of the LMS.

5. Reporting: Generate and provide reports on batch processing activities. Use these reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

6. Continuous Improvement: Continually look for ways to improve batch processing operations. This may include implementing new technologies or processes.
