Job brief

A bartender shall be responsible for curating, preparing and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guests while managing excellent customer service at our hotels/hostels. The role shall include understanding of various kinds of beverages that the company offers to its guests, understanding material/crockery/presentation/etc., ensuring appropriate inventory stocking, etc.

Key responsibilities

1. Understanding various kinds of beverages as per company menu guidelines
2. Understanding materiality/ingredients/crockery/presentations/etc.
3. Preparing alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages for bars and restaurants
4. Interacting with guests, helping them place orders and taking regular feedbacks
5. Assessing guest's needs and preferences to make apt recommendations
6. Having a thorough knowledge of various local/non-local cocktails & mocktails
7. Keeping the bar presentable, clean and inviting all the time
8. Assisting in inventory management & timely replenishment
9. Being guest centric and providing excellent experience
10. Understanding regulatory compliance (FSSAI/Excise) and operating with adherence

Qualifications

1. Hospitality graduate or diploma in hospitality
2. Min. 3 years of experience in a hotel, club, cruise, etc.
3. Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills
5. Flexible to relocate anywhere in northern India
