Barista

At The Fresh Factory, coffee is more than a drink its a part of our clean eating, mindful living experience. Were looking for a passionate Barista who can craft exceptional beverages, engage with guests, and bring warmth to every cup or glass served.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages with precision and consistency
• Share your knowledge of coffee, beverages and our clean ingredient philosophy with guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and vibrant beverage station
• Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable caf experience

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year experience as a barista in a caf or specialty coffee setup (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome)
• Knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
• Friendly, proactive, and guest-focused personality
• Passion for quality ingredients and sustainability
