Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Banquet Sales position located in Chennai. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales for various events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their event needs, customizing banquet packages, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution. Additionally, the role requires preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and actively scouting for new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and driving business growth
• Experience in Training and managing staff to deliver excellent hospitality and seamless event execution
• Proficiency in event planning and coordination is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in banquet sales or event management is a plus
