Experience

10+ years in Banking or NBFC lending operations

Role Summary

Act as a domain expert to guide Ultrabankers product and AI teams. Ensure our digital employees are designed exactly as banks and NBFCs operate in the real world. This role does not run banking operations and does not execute loans.

What You Will Do

• Guide the design of AI-powered digital employees for banks and NBFCs
• Validate end-to-end lending workflows used in the product
• Review credit, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections logic
• Ensure product flows align with real banking and NBFC practices
• Advise on RBI compliance from an execution and audit perspective
• Point out incorrect assumptions in product or AI logic

What You Will NOT Do

• You will not run bank or NBFC operations
• You will not approve loans or manage customers
• You will not own regulatory filings or compliance execution

Your role is guidance and validation , not execution.

Required Background

• 10+ years working inside banks or NBFCs
• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle and credit operations
• Practical exposure to underwriting, risk, and compliance
• Experience with LOS / LMS or lending systems preferred
