About the Role
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat processes, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate freshers and HSC with experience can apply (Commerce & Arts can Apply).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus.

Transport boundary
- Western line- Church gate to Virar.
- Central line- CST to Thane [MAIN CITY].
- Harbour line- CST to Vashi.

- Experience documents (Offer letter, Relieving letter, last 3 months payslip/bank statement).
- Aadhar card, PAN card.
