What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. The role requires a good understanding of credit analysis, creditworthiness, underwriting,3rd party report validation of property, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation. The role may also need expertise around residential underwriting, mortgage underwriting. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Obtain and compile loan applicants credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information, analyses applicant s financial status, credit, and property valuation. In which various layer of task involved to determine the eligibility guidelines and the valuation of loans from application to closing by supporting underwriters. Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness. Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the Financial performance of the borrower and guarantor, assessing the repayment A process by which a company (mortgage bank, servicing firm, etc.) collects interest, principal and escrow payments from a borrower. This includes sending monthly payment statements and collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments and balances, collecting and paying taxes and insurance (and managing escrow and impound funds), remitting funds to the note holder, and following up on delinquencies.
