  • Extensive knowledge of retail banking services.

  • Strong professional, appearance, dress, attitude, interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Good knowledge of lending policies, compliance, and procedures.


Required Skills : Bank Management, Communication, Business Banking, Bank Relationship Management, Relationship Banking


Primary Responsibility :

  • Identify customer needs and utilize all available resources to foster new business relationships.

  • Meet quarterly goals through small business loans, deposits, product sales, and other opportunities.
