Bag Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, primarily focusing on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. The role requires translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and market-ready product designs that align with the companys premium hospitality and retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines.
• Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience.
• Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for product accessories and packaging materials.
• Work closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
• Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas into product development.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines.
• Support the team with design documentation, technical specifications, and product development timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or accessory design.
• Experience designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures will be preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or personal care brands.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging and materials.
• Ability to create prototype samples and design presentations.
