Job Description:
Basic to advance knowledge of different backup tools and technology
Work experience from the same backup technology
Desirable experience with Avamar, Networker, DD, and Druva Backup suite or which is procured & implemented
Completed daily/weekly/monthly server backups.
Incident and service request fulfillment
Creation of backup related reports
Vendor and OEM coordination
