Role: Insurance Operations Backoffice

Role Overview

As part of our Insurance Operations team, you will be responsible for processing policy-related transactions with high accuracy, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Policy processing, issuance, and maintenance

Conducting eligibility checks and enrollments

Managing EOI (Evidence of Insurability) applications

Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience required

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving ability

High attention to detail

Effective time management skills
