Role Description

We are looking to hire4 high-calibre Back Office Internsto join our fund operations team. This role is designed for candidates who are serious about building a career ininstitutional asset managementand want exposure to the operational backbone of global investment platforms.

You will work closely with senior team members acrossfund accounting, investor operations, and compliance, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & NAV

Assist in preparation and validation ofNet Asset Value (NAV)calculations

Track portfolio activity, valuations, and corporate actions

Liaise with custodians, administrators, and internal stakeholders

Reconciliation

Performbank, broker, and position reconciliations

Investigate breaks and resolve discrepancies with precision

Maintain clean and auditable records

AML / KYC & Investor Operations

Support investor onboarding, includingKYC and AML reviews

Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance frameworks

Maintain and update investor records

Operational Execution

Support day-to-day fund operations with a focus onaccuracy and timeliness

Assist in preparation of internal reports and audit documentation

Contribute to strengthening operational processes and controls

Candidate Profile

Cleared CA Inter (IPCC) mandatory

Strong grounding inaccounting and financial concepts

High proficiency inExceland data handling

Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset

Ability to operate in ahigh-performance, low-error environment
