Role Description


We're looking for a Link Building / Outreach Specialist to join our growing SEO team in Noida. In this role, you'll develop and execute link-building strategies that drive organic growth for a B2B SaaS-based subscription platform. You'll research high-quality link opportunities, conduct outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships with bloggers, webmasters, and influencers to help boost search visibility and authority. You'll be part of a collaborative international team, working closely with our SEO and content specialists to deliver measurable results that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Link-Building Strategies: Plan and implement creative, ethical link acquisition campaigns that align with client SEO goals.

Prospect and Outreach: Research and identify high-authority, relevant websites for guest posting, partnerships, and content collaborations.

Manage Relationships: Build and maintain connections with webmasters, bloggers, and industry influencers to secure ongoing backlink opportunities.

Monitor and Report: Track backlink performance, keyword movements, and traffic improvements using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.

Conduct Link Audits: Review existing backlinks, identify risks, and recommend disavows or improvements to maintain a healthy link profile.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SEO and content teams to ensure all link-building efforts align with broader marketing and content strategies.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging outreach techniques.

Requirements:

2-4 years' experience as a link building / outreach specialist within an agency or B2B industry.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and the role of backlinks in organic growth.

Proven experience using white-hat link-building methods such as outreach, guest blogging, broken link building, and digital PR.

Excellent research skills to identify relevant, authoritative backlink opportunities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective outreach.

Experience managing multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, and outreach tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or NinjaOutreach.

Competent with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards.

Nice to Have:

Understanding of content marketing and how content drives natural link acquisition.

Basic knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization.

Experience with influencer or partnership-based link building.
