Backend Executive - Real Estate Channel Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Executive to support our Real Estate Channel Partner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CRM management, data management, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CRM database and ensure accurate data updating

- Prepare and manage attendance sheets and reports

- Coordinate with the sales team to drive target achievement

- Follow up on leads and support team members as needed

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Annual CTC: 1,44,000 - 1,70,000
