Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot + AI Integration)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs for web and mobile applications
• Integrate AI/LLM-based services into backend workflows
• Orchestrate calls between backend services and AI modules (Python/LLM services)
• Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with microservices or modular backend architecture
• Experience integrating external services or APIs
• Good understanding of security concepts (JWT, OAuth2 basics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 0 ti 2 years' experience in backend development
