Position: Backend Engineer Work From Office (Noida)

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with a passion for building high-performance web applications to be an integral part of our dynamic team. This full-time role, based in our Noida office, will focus on crafting exceptional front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web API interfaces using NodeJS/FastAPI for the back-end.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Monitor and maintain Linux-based servers and cloud services.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding designers, product managers, and data scientiststo deliver innovative features in an agile environment.
• Code Quality & Automation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices. Implement testing strategies, automation pipelines, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high responsiveness and user experience.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain thorough documentation of code, systems, and processes, and participate in code reviews to improve overall quality.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience with back-end development using NodeJS and/or FastAPI.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain applications on Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a commitment to writing clean and optimized code.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an agile work environment.
• Preferred: Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, or developing agent-based workflows will be considered a plus.
