Backend Developer

We are seeking aBackend Engineer with 8+ years of experience who can design, build, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate is strong inJava, AWS, Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, React, Data Structures, System Design, Microservices, and Agile Development . Exposure toPython and AI/ML is a plus. Candidates should bequick learners , comfortable withAI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot), and productive fromDay 1 .

Key Responsibilities.

• Design & develop scalable full-stack applications.
• Architectsystem designs and implementmicroservices for high performance & reliability.
• Build & maintain backend services withJava, Spring Boot, and Hibernate .
• DevelopRESTful APIs and integrate withAWS cloud services .
• Design & optimize databases (PostgreSQL ).
• Build modern, responsive UIs withReact .
• Apply strong knowledge ofData Structures & Algorithms for efficient solutions.
• Work in anAgile development environment , delivering high-quality features iteratively.
• LeverageAI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) for accelerated development.
