Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

Build and optimize high-performance, scalable systems for production environments

Work with large-scale data processing pipelines and backend infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-architected solutions

Ensure system reliability, security, and maintainability across cloud and on-premise environments

Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy

Qualifications & Skills Required

5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer

Expert-level proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks)

Strong proficiency in C# / .NET

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming

Experience with software design patterns, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

Experience with voice SIP trunking and telephony systems

Background in AI engineering, AI agents, or AI system integration

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud infrastructure
