Job Title: Java Backbase Developer (DBS/CXP)

Job Description: Xebia is seeking a talented and experienced Java Backbase Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications integrated with the Backbase platform. You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications integrated with the Backbase platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, with strong proficiency in Java 8+.
- Hands-on experience with Backbase platform (preferably CXP and DBS).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
