Strong understanding of backup concepts & strategies
Hands-on experience with enterprise backup tools
Knowledge of DR, RPO, RTO
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell / PowerShell optional)
Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Cloud backup experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
